I am located in Owingsmills, MD.
BOOKING: When booking a appointment a $25 deposit is required!! This deposit is non refundable/non transferable and will go towards your final balance. Deposit must be paid with a Debit/Credit card and please include your full name, phone number and email address.
- Confirmation emails are sent out immediately after booking and will provide the address of where you will be coming. Reminder emails are also sent 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment as a reminder.
- No extra guest are allowed.
- I do not work on damage nail beds, or overly bitten nails. If you are unsure please send me a picture of your nails.
- New clients must Arrive to your appointment with your bare nails, this means NO polish, gel, acrylic or any enhancements on. (I DONNOT WORK OVER OTHER PEOPLE’S WORK, NOR DO I SOAK OFF WORK THAT ISNT MINE.
PAYMENT: Remaining balance should be paid in CASH OR ZELLE.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel last minute, please reschedule/cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid $50 cancellation fee.
No Call, No show's will be charged the FULL amount of payment and will banned from booking any future appointments.
LATENESS POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $25 LATE FEE, after 15 mins = appointment cancelled/ deposit is forfeited.
